Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35, with higher education, at least 5 years of total work experience in their field and proficiency in the state language at level B1 or higher are eligible to participate.
The selection process will take place from June to October 2025 and will be conducted in several stages. As a result, 50 of the best candidates will be admitted to the Reserve. Within three years from the date of inclusion in the Reserve, members will have the opportunity to be directly appointed to various leadership positions in the civil service without going through a competitive selection process.
Candidates must register on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz between June 1 and June 30 of this year, providing their IIN and email address. After verifying the candidate’s age they will be allowed to complete the application form and upload the required documents in their personal account.
During registration, participants must choose one of the six sectoral areas:
- Infrastructure, industrial development, and trade policy
- Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection
- Foreign policy and investment
- Economic and financial policy
- Digitalization
- Social policy and civil society
