Creation year:<\/strong><\/p>

The student Council was created in 2006 on the initiative of 4th year students. The student Council was renamed as the \u201cGeolog zhastary\u201d Youth organization on February 1, 2019<\/p>

Goals:<\/strong><\/p>

* to raise awareness among young people;<\/p>

* to provide transparency of all aspects of students ‘ lives;<\/p>

* to teach children to work in a team;<\/p>

* to help to plan their personal time, make plans and work on it, and be responsible for assigned tasks.<\/p>

Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>

* to develop students\u2019 organizational skills, be able to listen, convince;<\/p>

* to guide, act, and analyze;<\/p>

* to be a leader, become part of a team;<\/p>

* to teach to be \u00a0responsible<\/p>

* to represent the interests of students;<\/p>

* organize leisure activities for young people.<\/p>

Activity:<\/strong><\/p>

The youth organization includes 28 students from different groups. To organize its work better, the youth organization is divided into sectors. Each sector has its own active students, its own specific functions.<\/p>

The educational sector conducts analysis and surveys among students, participates in the work of the Commission on employment of College graduates, holds conferences, round tables, debates, takes part in City youth conferences, and forms active leaders of public activity<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The mass-cultural sector organizes KVN tournaments among groups, holds cultural and mass events, recreation evenings, and arranges an Assembly hall for events<\/p>

\u00a0The social and household sector works with the College administration, conducts raids on discipline and wearing uniforms, on appearance, and monitors students ‘ compliance with internal regulations<\/p>

In the information sector, the students demonstrate the work of the video channel «Event», work \u00a0with the radio channel «Drive». Also, the task of this sector is to familiarize first-year students with the work of the youth organization and its sectors.<\/p>

The sports sector helps the College in conducting sports competitions among groups, evenings honoring the best athletes of the College and the hostel, and organizes trips of fans to the competitions of the College teams.<\/p>
