The rating of teachers was introduced to stimulate the work of teachers.
Teachers of all cycles, except members of the administration, participate in the rating of teachers. Teachers of retirement age participate on the basis of a written application. The assessment of teachers ‘ activities is based on the assignment of points
The maximum number is 1000 points.
The rating consists of four modules:
Training module-550 points;
Methodical module – 200 points;
Module “Class teacher and extracurricular activities” – 150 points;
Module “Performance discipline” -100 points.
Teachers who have received the maximum number of points and are included in the top 20 (see “Regulations on the system of rating evaluation of teachers ‘activities”) are presented to the title of “Best teacher of the academic year”.
